most successful year of my life in today's video we are looking back at 2021 and um reacting to the video that i did last year because last year i had some predictions not only are we reacting to what i said last year about this year we're also spilling some tea we're predicting next year you know what's going to happen in 2022 i know about you but i'm going to drink wine too this is also one of my favorite videos to record every year because i get to drink wine in front of the camera and usually i only do that with adele cheers i'm 30. cheers wait wait as always to the side of the camera is manager tutorials wes hi so without any further ado if you want to look back at 2021 let's go just like last year yeah this is my attempt to start with the elephant in the room this is like the question can i make the same joke no but this is like the question everybody wants to know are you really transgender what is the wedding oh when is the wedding god i would like to know didn't i say last year that it was going to be happening this year well didn't happen dylan and i definitely want to get married next year we have postponed it like twice now and it's not like we're gonna run away from each other it's not like we're not gonna get married but like i also feel like after everything that's happened in the world i feel like you know we can get married whenever we want the thing is which is another like we do wanna start looking at like you know navigating towards a family tutorials and i feel like the the route we want to go you have to get married first so we do feel like at some point we have to do this to create that so you want to get married because you want to investigate the process of getting children yeah that's multiple one just one and have you been working on your dress no so yeah a lot of people are like oh my god are you so excited for your wedding i'm like yeah i am they're like what's your dress like i like i would like to know too i don't know i need to find a designer that's gonna make my dream dress in time that you're digging nine yards off of all i'm gonna be happier with my body did it work i'm working on that i probably win awards bigger awards television each match well guess who won that if there's one thing i learned about that award show is that it's very like vote based i really thought that someone else was nominated in the category was gonna take it home so i didn't think i was gonna win but now that um i won it i was like will people take me serious now ever since doing uh eurovision a lot of people were like oh you were so great there but that was probably like getting lucky i still feel like i had to prove to a lot of people that i actually have some hosting skills um and even like till nowadays i i feel like we have to we kind of we are like the underdog and we have to like show what we got which is fine i like a challenge but no i didn't think i was gonna win it and the fact that i won sort of told me that i was doing a good job the day after the coming out video cause like for the first time i was like oh i think i'm gonna be okay oh yeah all right i made it the day after the first live show of eurovision after seeing the reviews and seeing the uh the critics being positive about me that's when i knew like oh we're in for a treat once i heard like the first critics being positive i was like oh now we can have fun the day we got the first email from the blackmailer was that worse than the robbery no robbery was worse in that moment i feared for my life and uh with the blackmailing i feared for my career can i have multiple 2020 that year was so dark where like a lot of traumatic things happened that anything that was like bad this year it didn't come close to to that year so it never felt like it was like the worst day of my life oh my god i didn't have a worst day of my life this year winning well girl you made it um i want to say that i'm so incredibly proud of you for surviving i know that it has been very very rough and sometimes you felt like things became too much um but you're here and that's what matters and you're helping people out and you're you're inspiring people and um oh there we go oh she's crying again ugh i know that for a second you could never feel joy oh but see you felt it um i'm proud of you you need to walk up more stairs because you're out of breath all the time and um you did good you did good that's it no cutie you know what i see when i look at that i see a girl trying to act like she's okay but she wasn't okay i think like june july is when i was like oh see we're we're actually good and there i just see someone who's like no i'm fine i'm fine i'm dying on the inside but i'm fine you know what i went through and dylan went through in 2020 was was not i wouldn't wish that upon my worst enemy and to think that i would be okay like a couple months later no i just see i see so much pain still um which is funny because i think only i can see that maybe you um and dylan but i see like the hurt and i'm happy and proud to say that i'm actually good now like i'm actually in a better place i'm gonna do a round of
