Wedding Makeup on My Mom! Heartwarming Tutorial
Welcome to the makeup chair today I'm doing my mom's makeup say hi Mom hi um so if you're interested then just keep watching so let's get started I've already prepped my mom's skin with some primer now we're going to use our foundation what I like to do is to work on the forehead the eyes and then just kind of lightly go over the rest of the face because I will be coming back and doing the rest of the face later on after I do the eyes I really think that this Foundation works for mature skin it has a nice glow to it so it's going to warm up your skin also because mature skin can be kind of dry I find that this works to kind of illuminate the skin so I'm just blending this in with my magic sponge and we're going to move on to the eyes the skin around the eyes is very delicate very thin area and as you become more mature that area can become discolored so I'm going to put this down as a base to neutralize that then I'm going to take some concealer and work in the problem area so get it right in that inner Corner because that will really lift and brighten the eyes I'm also doing it now because later on when we've applied the ey Shadow I'm not going to be able to apply concealer without messing it up and I'm just applying that with a small brush and blending in with my fingers the first Shadow we're going to take is this kind of Pinky Berry tone and I really like this with green eyes now if you're a bit afraid of color apply it as kind of your base color and then when you apply your darker shades on top it's going to lessen the pigments and it's just going to make it a little bit softer but you're still going to have that tone in the crease I'm just going to take two Dark Shades and just buff it into the crease and just working back and forth in windscreen wiper motion I'm making sure that these shades are pretty much matte because it works with kind of older eyes but I am going to take a shimmery shade and just place it in that inner corner just to liven it up and brighten it a bit but you don't want to use anything with too much glitter to add some definition to the eyes I'm going to apply this darker shade under underneath the lashes don't use black it's better to use some kind of a brownish tone it's a lot softer on the eyes then I'm going to take a flat brush and a black eyeshadow I'm going to push this right by the lashes and this will just Define the eyes once again if you're not a big fan of black you can always use like a deep Brown as well eyebrows really shape the face so it's important as you get more mature that you take good care of your eyebrows so I'm going to start by taking some clear mascara then I'm taking a brown pencil and I'm taking Brown cuz it matches my mom's hair it's about a shade lighter than my mom's hair and just running it in the same direction as the hair growth this will thicken up the brows and give it a more youthful look taking my mini eyelash curler I'm going to curl the eyelashes and I'm going to apply a few coats of mascara to really bring out the eyes if you're quite Fair go for a brown it's not as harsh as the black if you're dark like my mom then you can pull off that dark look I'm also going to apply some pencil eyeliner and my mom always wears pencil eyeliner so I couldn't do this look without doing it but if you're not a big fan of it then you don't have to and there's Pebbles who loves the magic sponge yeah she's funny going to finish up the foundation on the rest of the face and then taking a powder puff and some loose powder I'm going to press this in and just do the press and roll technique I'm going to warm up the skin with a little bit of bronzer just working this onto the cheeks and just slightly underneath as well you can also work this on the jaw line or the forehead any place that you want to recede going to apply a touch of pink blush on the cheeks and then we finish with some lip gloss and we're done hope that you guys enjoyed it thumbs up for my mom
