This Collection Is Actually Fire… | Honest Product Review

um so okay i have to put lip balm on i've been i've talked about this like a few times about how like colourpop like i like their products but tcome out with so many collections and i get very overwhelmed i receive multiple pr boxes from them like in a week and i'm just like i can't keep track and stuff sells out so quickly from what i've heard from you guys um and it's just kind of like hard to get excited about a lot of the launches because number one thappen so quickly that you like don't even know they're happening like this one that i'm talking about today i didn't even know it was happening and i get them so often just as far as like being an influencer and receiving pr that i'm just kind of like i'm not excited i don't know how you guys feel about them but i've talked about like i love their cream gel liners love them and i'm always like pretty happy with the products gonna be talking about the barbie collection uh malibu barbie collection i don't know i didn't know that colourpop was collaborating with barbie i didn't know that seems strange right but tcollaborate with everybody so like whatever anyway so when i get these like pr boxes i usually like kind of look through them if it's collection i'm not interested in sometimes i don't even open it i just donate it immediately this one i was like oh look at it and i was like it's actually kind of fire so i like opened up the eyeshadow palette this eyeshadow palette and i opened it up and i was like oh at the time my hair was mint and these like aqua shades were just like speaking to me and that yellow got me and that pink i'm not even a pink fan but pink's like that on the on my green eyes like i'm into it and then i look and i started looking closer and i was like oh the shimmers look nice there's like different pearls here and then these top three shimmers i was like those are really and then that's a beautiful transition so i just was like i'm actually really intrigued by this so mostly the eyeshadow palette um there's also a highlighting palette which whatever and three lip kit things like lip liner and i think a gloss i don't know we're gonna explore those oh jesus um i think this is a brush set that i might just like give away let me see what is this oh it's that weird um foam that smells like some kind of chemical that's going to kill you but it's also like kind of good because it smells like the 90s do you guys know what i'm talking about i love that smell but it sounds like it's oh it's a it's a mirror it's a hand mirror i don't i don't care i'm not going to take that out um i'm probably just going to donate that oh and then there's some lashes doll lashes which are interesting i can't really tell i'm gonna have to like take them out of the i mean we're gonna use them but like tlook a little bit straight you know like a little too straight but i don't know i'm kind of intrigued so we're gonna use all this stuff uh and i feel like it's gonna be it's strange because it's definitely not um something that i've done in a really long time we're actually gonna start off with the um highlighting pal uh palette because i have the rest of my face on um i'll zoom you in but one thing that like is so annoying to me about these palettes i usually like this sometimes thappen with blushes i think it's usually a highlighter there's no like it it locks there and then you have to open it but there's no like way to get um leverage to open it you know so like you have to hold you have to be able to hold the end or the bottom and pull this off it's it's very complicated i don't like it and i and i struggle like i struggle so hard i'm like what am i holding on to i'm gonna break my nails you know anyway it's very difficult so this is the uh oh there we go so this is the highlighter i don't know if it's supposed if this is gonna be too dark for me it's like a marbled i haven't even i haven't even touched this yet oh it's very creamy oh oh oh all right okay beautiful color um stunning so this is they're like super shock yeah super shock highlighter so it's their kind of like um their signature sort of like a cushiony feeling it's like almost is it a powder is it a cream like you can't really tell you know um that looks really beautiful so we're gonna start off with that these always confuse me a little bit cause i'm like do i apply it with a brush i don't know and i don't mean to hate on colourpop products but because i really do like a lot of them but i just you know it's over it can get overwhelming um so i am going to use a brush to apply that i'm going to use my classic morphe m510 brush which i use for all things oh okay that's kind of it's kind of difficult see these are this is a product um or a formula that i don't really use very often so i'm like i don't entirely know how to apply it so i'm just loading up my whatever this is i'm already looking really dewy because my skin has been so um oily i can't see if anything is happening is this like a finger product see that's the thing is that i don't love i don't love a finger product let's try the other cheekbone i see nothing happening see nothing do you see something is why i wish you were in the room so you could tell me firsthand because i don't see anything i guess i'm gonna use a sponge so i'm gonna grab my the sponge that i use to apply my concealer i look yellow why uh i'm gonna use this one and pick it up with that are we seeing anything yeah i can't really tell my skin was too dewy to begin with this is very annoying i think i can see it i think i think i can see it trying to avoid that big breakout that i have i guess so let me try with my finger oh [ __ ] that's nice oh that's nice oh that's nice damn okay i'm so i've always heard people rave about this formula and it's always made me a little bit like not skeptical but just kind of like hesitant i guess because i don't like applying things with my finger like that you know like over a full face of like powders and creams and stuff but damn and actually like just doing kind of kind of like light sweeping and and padding motions avoiding my breakout dude okay [ __ ] that's like pretty fire oh wow and there isn't like a weird dark cast i don't think like when i turn does it look like really dark it doesn't look it to me that's fire i really like that damn man okay i like that highlighter i hate the packaging but i like the highlighter all right let's do the fun stuff because that's definitely going to be the eye shadow because of all the colors um why am i wearing a black top i'm so boring i need something like festive and colorful with this um all right i'm gonna start off by priming my lids with i've been using a new primer um this is the nars tinted smudge proof eyeshadow base in the shade light which is a very nice opaque color uh eye primer so it cancels out all of the color and thave multiple colors which is nice for different skin tones i really don't know why my
