The Waterproofest Mascara A La Wayne Goss

so uh today i wanted to test out the new wayne goss mascara because i know a lot of you guys were asking me to try it um so i believe it's waterproof it's called the waterproof mascara um i want to compare this size to like other mascaras so this is huh interesting okay so i'm comparing it in size to the covergirl lash blast waterproof mascara which is my favorite drugstore waterproof mascara uh and it is 0.44 fluid ounces and this says point 23 ounces so it's smaller i'm going to link the price somewhere i can't remember how much i i got it on beautylish.com it has a nice plasticy wand basically just like a cylinder kind of deal you know with the spikes uh it's pretty much the same i believe it's the same all the way around i can't really tell if it changes i think it's just like a circle but i really like the way the wand looks um and it has a nice click when you close it which i always love this is basically going to be a wear test and obviously like a first impressions i guess i didn't film this makeup i did like a little video on tick tock it's nothing special it was just like uh what shadows did i use i used the kitty colourpop these little guys just like the two matte shades um from each of these that's it nothing nothing special uh all right so i'm gonna curl my lashes most of you might know that i especially if i'm not going to be well only if i'm not wearing falsies i always wear a waterproof mascara and i have multiple favorites including the covergirl lash blast the lancome monsieur mossy big waterproof mascara as well as my favorite um korean brand cleo the kill lash which is the mascara that i've been using most recently because it is very it's very detailed tiny little brush so varying prices i'll link all of them down below just in case you know you want to check them out or you've seen them before and you whatever i always give my lashes a really good curl before i use mascara and the reason that i am attracted to waterproof mascaras is because my lashes are incredibly fine and very straight so a regular mascara just kind of falls because it stays a little bit more wet waterproof mascaras tend to like hold the curl more because tkind of like solidify more you know let's see how this goes so i've curled my lashes i do really like the size of the wand you know it's not too long it's not too big because sometimes like a really really fat wand just can be really difficult to apply it seems like it's combing out really nicely it's actually i'm coating them with like a nice light amount and it's very black which i like it is new so i'm gonna have to see how it like uh you know when mascaras dry out when tget a little older but it's combing them out really nicely and it definitely seems very lengthening i would say right now it resembles the clio mascara however this is newer and more wet right now so like you know i'm gonna let that so for a waterproof mascara i don't usually let it dry down i'm gonna go in with another coat and just see what happens because it does tend to like set pretty quick okay interesting it is very black i would compare the color to oh wow i really like this i would compare the color to covergirl lash blast and like very black that color and also hourglass caution mascara like that's a very black mascara i can feel it starting to set a little bit and it's getting like a little harder to comb but it's still doing it really nicely i'm getting some on my lids look at that i feel like tlook really long it's actually um i would say it's strength is definitely lengthening but it thickens them up if you go in with like an extra coat and it actually deposits like a nice amount of product like at the base of the lash and then combs through pretty well i don't typically use it on my lower use waterproof mascara on my lower lashes but i'm gonna try that as well i really do love how it combs them out and also seems to like apply a really nice even amount of product immediately my mascara face is so ridiculous i'm also incredibly impressed by what like one coat does you know and it seems like you can definitely apply a nice light coat to begin with or you can you know you don't have to go in with like a lot and build it up but it really fans them very nicely it also feels very unique because there are mascaras that claim to be waterproof that actually take like a very long time to dry down this seems to give enough wiggle room for me to be able to apply two coats in a row without it getting clumpy clearly you know but i do start to feel it set and my lashes aren't falling at all so all right let's move on to the lower lashes and i'm gonna see how dry that is this is so hard to do on camera though i need like a mirror to hold so you guys probably know that my buxom mascara is the one that i love for my lower lashes and i i don't know why because the wand is thick like it is thick uh but i just love it and it really combs them out beautifully and i think the reason that i like that mascara is because it deposits more product without me having to touch my lower lashes very much because if i i just feel like i get close too quickly and then i get product on my lower lash line so this doesn't quite deposit as much product and it doesn't um have fibers in it so i don't see as much lengthening from my lower lashes as i do with my buxom extrovert mascara that being said i never use my buxom extrovert on my top lashes because it never really i mean unless i'm going over top of waterproof which you guys have probably seen just to build up some volume but i will say but it does really separate them nicely i don't have very impressive lower lashes but i feel like this overall especially for like a i don't know like a mod 60s kind of makeup look you know and the size of the wand really helps you uh it prevents you from getting like stuff all over your lower lash line because it's not too it's just not too big it's not too thick it's a nice size it's like a nice medium size it's not too tiny you know like it holds enough product so i guess this is how i would um suggest using it as applying a coat dipping back into your wand if you are into what into the tube if you want to build it up like build up more volume and go in immediately before it sets too much because i got a little bit on my lash line we'll have to see how easy that is to remove i really like it though i really like how black it is because uh i do love my cleo mascara but it's not quite like black you know it's like a softer black charcoal kind of black um this looks incredible i mean damn like my lashes are popping right now oh wow okay and the tops have already dried but tdon't feel crusty tfeel soft oh that side's not quite dry yet all right i'm gonna let these uh sit for a minute maybe we should remove this little guy i have no q-tips okay i mean there's still like a little bit of a mark but it's not the end of the world when i go in with my covergirl lash blast
