Summer Hair & Makeup (Purple/Teal) | Vibrant Seasonal Look
Welcome to the make chair so I'm outside and today's tutorial is kind of a summery tutorial it's something kind of fun I'm going to do this like pop of color cuz I know you guys were a big fan of the other one that I did which was a pop of purple this time it's a pop of teal because it's to go with my maxi dress but I thought it would be kind of fun to do something like this so I hope that you guys enjoy it and just keep watching let's get started with the makeup the first thing that I'm going to do is to take a base and this is a purple base it's going to intensify the other colors that we put down so I'm going to dab this across the lid and this is a cream shadow this will last by itself but it actually looks better if you put Shadows on top and I'm going to take a blending brush and just buff out any harsh lines and then taking the darkest shade from this little palette I'm going to apply this on the outer Corner first of all and then work my way in and I'm using a flat brush to really press it down then I'm just going to buff out any harsh edges and this will create a smokey look or like a Halo above the actual eyelid taking this lavender shade I'm going to work this in the inner corner and then kind of brush it very lightly across half of the lid and taking a slightly lighter shade of color I'm going to work this just in that inner corner just to really brighten it up now we have three tones but it was done very quickly and easily the next color is really fun is this teal color by Makeup Geek and I just got this and I love it and I'm going to use an angled brush I'm going to press this underneath the eye have it slightly lower on the outer Corner because otherwise it can drag your eyes and make them look a little bit funny shaped then I'm going to add a black pencil and you could actually use teal I don't know why I didn't I should have used teal but teal eyeliner would look really nice with this and you can also press the eyes shadow in there as well next I'm going to take a liquid liner I'm going to work this in the upper lash line keep it as close to the lashes as possible you could leave this step out but it does make a huge difference going to slightly thicken up the edge and then we're going to apply that little kick just press the brush down and then connect the top of it to the rest leave the Lin just set and then you can curl your eyelashes otherwise you could smudge it so make sure it's set first and then add a few coats of mascara just for fun I've decided to add some false eyelashes I've actually snipped off the end so they're more Corner eyelashes than FAL strip ones taking some dual adhesive I'm going to apply this onto the strip going to press it down and then join up the top and the bottom getting it as close to the lashes as possible but don't let it sit on your lashes taking a mixture of my two bronzer Shades here going to slightly Contour underneath the cheeks across the forehead and then down the jaw a little touch of peach blush and then on the lips I'm going to use pretty much the same color and this is just a lip and cheek tint let's move on to the hair I'm first of all taking my curling tongs and I'm going to turn it up nice and high I'm not going to use this little clasp I'm going to actually just wrap it around instead so separating the hair into different parts you're going to hold the curler going downwards and just wrap the hair around hold it for about 20 seconds and then release and you will get these soft kind of waves don't set it with hairspray yet because we want those curls to drop a little bit the top section is done exactly the same way but I do want to add a little bit of lift to the roots so I'm just wrapping it around very close to the roots but don't allow it to get too close because you could burn yourself it's super super quick look to do and don't be too precise with it just go with it just kind of let the curls fall wherever tmay fall and then you'll get a softer more natural look run your fingers through it just to loosen them up so that they're soft waves and then you can use a little bit of hairspray it's probably a bit too much nade but oh well just fluff it up a little bit and that's the hair done so I hope that you guys enjoyed that look thank you so much for watching bye
