Recreating Shane Dawson’s Makeup Look On Me!

guys it's me Nikki over two years ago now a very special video was uploaded to my channel and it is the video where Shane Dawson did my makeup guys Shane had forever been one of my biggest inspirations in life and in a YouTube career and the fact that he wanted to film a video with me meant so so much I literally grew up with Shane like he doesn't know it but like can I just say the way that you just touched me and laid your head on me was giving me like a girl a woman Romina Wow and after uploading that video literally almost every single one of you wanted me to recreate that look with my techniques with my way of doing makeup and use that look as my biggest inspiration two years after uploading that video I want to recreate the look inspired by Shane's techniques and I am so excited a portion of this video was paid for by Juno & Co so I just want to get that right off the bat I want to get that out there I need you to know I have my symbol system you always know if I'm going to start with me right alright so we're gonna start off with primer just like Shane and the first sponsor of this video is actually judo ink oh and tcame out with this this right here is the first step before you go in with all that cake it gives that flow sort of like blurred effect it minimizes pores and it is that first perfect layer before you go in with all the madness so Juneau and Cole and myself have been working on getting you the sponsorship for so long now but just timing and me having the weirdest schedule of life help me from filming this way earlier this is actually my second jar I have gone traveling with the other one I have used it every single day because it has become a necessity it has a lovely soft stick to it you know I like anything sticky in my primers to make everything that I put on top really stick on to it like a magnet this isn't like the stickiest ever but it feels nourishing it feels like there's Hale erotic acid you can never say that and that really helps plump the skin smooth fine lines I really give you that boost of hydration hydration city is here close your everything she's bright next is the concealer sure foundation we're doing foundation all right so let's tap it in all right now that this is blended in it is time to set it and forget it all right I quickly did my brows off-camera now Shane tell me what's next we're using this ahan and we're gonna be using the math straight and I'm always like a nice forest green bird subtle Wow when is this pigment work Shane goes in with a green shade from the Juvia splays masquerade palette first and that shade is called Molly right here it kind of reminds me of put it back and sadly nobody has it except for Shane and every so I'm gonna have to go with the shade that looks like it and this looks kind of not even as close as glamorous as put it back but Maui is gonna be the first name that I'm gonna pop in and Shane applied it with this finger in the crease and then a whole lot of other stuff happen let's just prime first let's prime okay all right so we're taking Molly and we're gonna start popping that into the crease is such a good shade so now we're gonna be using what do be what do we I'm gonna Sade oh you're doing a nice little blend yeah so this is like what tdo on cars where tlike started with one color and then tgo to another color like hit my ride that show do thave that why do I love this it's honestly I know that I'm not kidding and trying to be funny but I'm excited about it I think it's gonna actually look good so I'm gonna use a small brush to blend yes yes all right so Shane hopped over to the Saharan Baiju vias place and he went into the color right here this is called whoa dude what what whoa Dobby would would would Abby and as he mentioned he wants it to look like a car so it has like a duochrome so picking up wah Dhabi and that is gone on the outer corner never in my life would I have made this color combination but then once you put it on it does look like the shift of a dual chrome car you can truly say that Shane was ahead of the time two years ago creating trends all right so Shane kind of spread these colors all over the lid and into the crease but I want to make this my own and be inspired by what Shane created so I'm hopping over to the one and only the conspiracy palette in collaboration with Jeffery star first I'm dragging down the first shade from Julia's place onto the lid and then on this portion here is gonna be conspiracy razorsharp that's white white I got a lot inside of your eyes okay we're just gonna blend that so that was just like for a subtle like wide-eyed doll look I don't hate that all right so on the inner corner and on the lower lashline you put a white liquid liner so I really want to use that as my inspiration and really open up the eye so I'm gonna be going in with a white pencil and also dragging that onto my actual lower lash line and then underneath we're creating this optically bigger eye and then setting that using ranch from the palette and the now let's start shading right underneath and of course you want to blend this out oh I get the vision now you see it see that I get flashes cuz these eyes are not working yes you see it she's learning and when I say that Shane was ahead of his makeup skills time and ahead of all the makeup trends look at the rhinestones that he used in that look so I definitely wanted to emulate that field plus also give another type of Amash to the promotional images for a big conspiracy collection so I applied my lashes and tare by doll beauty tare in the style boonie and for a liner on my lids I used a sort of neon green my fenty beauty this is in the color jalapeno and that together with all the rhinestones completes the eye look inspired by shading so this is like the evil part of the look you know it looks like what like you were like on your way to like a Halloween event and you got to a car accident but like you're good alright now it is time to give the Chiefs some love and today I'm playing with these right here these are also by Juno Inc oh this is the cherry bomb perfect me cheek defining kit and this right
