My New Go-To Daytime Makeup: Fresh & Easy

uh hi wanted to do like an updated video on my like go-to look which is like versatile it goes for daytime and nighttime it's just my like go-to makeup for when i want to look good and i know it'll look good but it's not like too much it's relatively easy so i'm already off to a bad start i was trying a new sunscreen um because it is the morning it's well morning it's like 11 40 and i always wear sunscreen especially for daytime obviously only daytime whenever the sun is out i was trying a new one from garnier which was recommended by dr dre and uh i looked so wet it was horrible i was like i can't so i just didn't even want to like mess with that this is another new sunscreen that i'm wearing uh i did my regular skincare i removed that and i did my regular skincare which if i i don't even know you've seen maybe in like little videos here and there but i think people asked for like an updated actual video which i will do if you want that the one that i'm wearing right now is from biore which is a japanese sunscreen it's the like [ __ ] i can't remember what it's called it's like the kids milk spf 50 or something it is the most waterproof sunscreen that i've ever used i will say that uh so i'm kind of loving it already it might be a new go-to especially for makeup because i don't look my i personally think that my skin looks like nice and hydrated but not wet and it feels like there's a really nice grip which i think will be great for makeup so now that i have my you know you know what my like skin care is i'm going to start off with a little bit of the milk makeup under eye primer and i'm going to place this all around my under eye focusing it in the areas that have fine lines where i don't want creasing which is everywhere for me literally everywhere because spf is like my priority and i feel like a lot of you probably know that by now but i have been on a journey to try and figure out how can i make my makeup look amazing and last but also maximize my sun protection so i feel like i'm getting there finally i already applied my aquaphor um lip whatever with spf but right now i'm filming the sun is blocked out so i'm just going to go in with my auric lip treatment i stopped using this for a week when i was in uh new york because i forgot to bring it and the lines in my lips were just like so much deeper when i came home and i started using it again so i cannot live without this um okay so now that that has kind of like set a little bit because i can zoom you in a little bit i don't know why i always make that face when i zoom in uh i'm gonna do a tiny bit of color correction i'm gonna go back to my og this is la girl pro la girl pro conceal in light ivory which is basic basically peach the way that i handle daytime makeup is or just this look in general is tiny amounts of everything so i really love to apply like super full glam makeup tricks to everyday makeup so i'm contouring my jawline my cheekbones my nose my lips i'm highlight well sort of highlighting i guess cause i think it just like creates the best look overall for me it's stuff that i really love to do once you start doing it you just kind of feel like you can't not do it anymore you know um but i'll just kind of like tone it down i'll use a smaller amount or i'll use slightly different products make it a little bit more sheer a little bit more um natural looking like really buffed in i did a video actually that was about like how i apply those full glam makeup tricks to everyday makeup which i'll link somewhere and if it needs to be updated just let me know okay so for daytime makeup uh depending on the status of my skin just if you hear loud noises it's ziva being a troublemaker depending on the state of my skin is what i meant i will use a skin tint or i will or a tinted moisturizer which is typically this one from tarte or i will not wear any and i'll just use like some concealer and today i kind of feel like the base of my skin looks really really nice i don't really want to put anything on top of it i don't really feel the need so i'm just going to stick with uh spot concealing i'm going to start off with the sephora sephora gel serum concealer in fondant i'm using this i don't know what it is it's like a little blender brush from sigma and i'm going to use this to conceal the typical areas just like where do i need or want coverage i always need and want coverage around my eyes i like to take that down the side of my nose because it kind of slims it a little bit if it's like if it's day time i'm going to be out in the sun and maybe wearing sunglasses i kind of avoid doing that to my nose though because the influencers who tell you that you can prevent creasing or you can prevent your sunglasses from like removing your product or lying do you you can't you can't so especially when you're doing like no foundation looks if you are going to go in with a little bit of concealer you just you do want to make sure that you're like keeping things cohesive like colorful colorful what color throughout your face cohesive color throughout your face so i will just apply like i don't i didn't really feel like i needed concealer there but to make sure that everything is um uniform i want to make sure that i'm not only applying concealer what the [ __ ] not only applying concealer in the areas that i want like a little bit of coverage but also just like the tiniest amount to make sure that everything is um like uniform if you feel like your lips i've gotten a lot of questions about downturned lips recently uh lisa eldridge has a really great video about how to make your like mouth look happier i can't i think maybe that's the title but if you just apply a little bit of your concealer going like up like this especially if you're like meaning of darkness in this area really helps to make your face look a little happier all right for my temples i'm going to use the cosas concealer in uh o2w right i'm just going to pop it like right around my temples just like where i need that coverage this is a pretty good match for my skin tone i'm just going with my fingers and kind of like pat that in and then go in with that brush and just buff around the edges my objective when i'm doing this kind of makeup is not to completely conceal everything or make my skin look completely flawless i really just want to like minimize little spots like that like little breakouts or imperfections blemishes but i if i have like little things popping through i don't i just i don't care i think it looks nice actually it ends up making your skin look like it's naturally flawless when you actually have like a couple little imperfections popping through you know um okay so i'm going to use my fenty matchstick and amber which is my go-to contour rather than drawing it on like i typically do i'm going to use this brush from sigma which is what's it called high cheekbone highlighter brush is that the brush that i want to use and i'm going to
