Let’s Hang While I Try These New Complexion Products

um okay hi wanted to try a bunch of new complexion products because in one of my last videos i was like i never try new products in a video so i thought we would just do it um this is actually the second time i'm filming this video it went horribly wrong the first time uh so we'll talk about that a little bit the first thing i'm gonna do is try a new sunscreen that i recently picked up from sephora it's paulo's choice uh super light daily wrinkle defense broad spectrum spf 30. um i don't know why i bought this but i did and we're gonna try it so it is slightly tinted um it's supposed to be mattifying sheer with a sheer tint for all skin tones uh blah blah blah 13 zinc oxide uh so i used this once recently and uh that's a lot but you gotta use a lot of sunscreen you know what i mean i used this once recently i'm having a really bad hair day just so everybody knows over like matte moisturizer and it was like pretty drying i like the way that it smells it doesn't have like a scent really it's very soft and it feels kind of like um smoothing which is really nice as well very aggressive application very aggressive application as far as the tint goes it's definitely like a little bit pink you know um that's not terrible it's not terrible it's like relatively sheer i don't know how it would work on other skin tones the reason i picked this up is because i wanted something that would be just like very easy for every day something that would be like um really easy to reapply something that isn't going to make me look oily because i'm constantly getting comments from angry ladies in their 60s on facebook asking me why i'm so oily all the time in my little tutorials that go up on there and it's because i'm wearing sunscreen um yeah i just don't i don't know maybe i need to like not be as oily so that i don't have to deal with those comments anymore i don't i don't know that's kind of nice it's like very um sheer and kind of smoothing you know i try to try i try to try i try to try i try to try so hard i try to use sunscreen that is uh at least like 46 spf 46 but it's very hard to find something that isn't going to pill that isn't going to make you oily that isn't going to um interfere i think with like all your other products yeah i don't know and also yeah i don't know that's a nice finish that's like a really nice finish let me just give you a quick zoom it's nice it's meant for oily skin i think wow my lips are dry i should do something about that um it's meant for oily skin it says normal oily combination so yeah i don't know as far as like an everyday kind of like sunscreen i think this would be really nice like if you're at home and you're reapplying or just like underneath makeup you know doesn't it it just kind of makes my skin look nice i think with the exception of my dry ice lips right now yeah and i don't see any pilling either quick disclaimer i am not going anywhere outside i'm going to be inside filming all day long so i'm just like not applying the sunscreen everywhere uh on a typical day and a lot of you have seen that but if you're new to my channel i always put it on my ears my neck the back of my neck my face and i use a lot because i want protection okay we gotta take care of this skin all right yeah so after you apply sunscreen you're supposed to wait at least 15 minutes before applying makeup to let it sink in or do its thing or whatever and also prevent your makeup from interfering with the sunscreen formula so i'm going to chill for a minute where'd my phone go i'm so confused i just feel like it's going to be right in front of my face and tim's not here no one can call me can someone please call me i don't know where it is closet maybe closet i feel like call you yep yep yep yep and i have a bunch of missed calls i have a voicemail notifications text messages it's the only time that anyone is ever trying to get in touch with me is when my phone is underneath a pair of jeans in my closet what the [ __ ] all the other ones forget it you're you're flying all over the country okay what the [ __ ] sick [ __ ] okay this is here this is what happened so i said i just made oatmeal for the first time in years and it was good okay bye and he sent me this video he's eating reese's puffs what a [ __ ] psycho you're gonna die wait die [Laughter] all right so for my actually no i'm gonna color correct first okay so the sunscreen seems pretty nice um it's very like natural looking definitely matte like i would say that my skin looked relatively hydrated before i applied it and now it looks pretty matte like normal matte i would say not dry but you know not super hydrated which is kind of nice you know that i think might appease the angry facebook ladies um we shall see so i'm going in with a little bit of color corrector before i go in just because this isn't new you guys have seen this it's the sigma dual under eye color corrector and this is a little bit um hydrating um so the skin tint that i'm trying today is the sheer skin tint from summer fridays it is supposed to be light coverage um i think it's supposed to be buildable but like who knows shake well before using smooth over skin in the am after your daily skincare and spf products i appreciate that tsaid that i just think that every moisturizer should say like follow with spf and all makeup should be like if it doesn't contain spf you know um apply after spf you know i think that that would be a nice psa so that's kind of the thing is that like for skin tints i typically prefer them to have spf just because like smooth like it says smooth over when i tried this the other day i tried just applying it with my fingers and smoothing it over my sunscreen and i got so much pilling because it's really liquidy so what i'm gonna do i have two shades i have one and two here i'm going to mix them on the back of my hand it was way too much of two i thought it was one it's very very liquidy and i'm gonna apply them with a damp beauty blender because it's just my fave it's just my fave way to do it i wiped a little bit whatever like was excess on my um fingers onto it and i'm just going to go in and start patting this in we'll see what happens i did when like when i applied it like when i was smoothing it with my fingers despite the pilling i liked the finish and the color was kind of nice and it's definitely i mean it's definitely a tint so like we'll just see how this goes i'm a little worried just based on how it looks right now um that it's gonna end up making me oily anyway like i just kind of i don't know dude i'm a little worried that this is just like oily it's also definitely like i don't know tints are tough you know because like talways just make them really kind of orange or pink which for fair olive skin or any olive complexion uh it just does not work like especially i have a fair warm olive complexion but let's see if it just kind of like i also worry a little bit about putting something so
