Kylie Jenner..we Need To Talk!

okay so i'm gonna dip my brush in here and dip my brush in here again and again and again and again and let's see oh hi today we are spilling some tea honey before i start i would like to say thank see more of me but today kylie jenner's makeup brand kylie cosmetics has had an entire brand revamp and it has the people talking people are chit-chatting about it because a lot of people are like well girl why you know what's going on you know you had this entire thing going on for you and then kim kardashian also entire brand revamp i know that tboth went vegan but it has the people chit-chatting and i've heard talks of like a lawsuit i really haven't done my research for this but i love to sit down and chat with you oh you know what else happened today i worked out today and every two weeks we measure my body and like weigh myself get a bit of weight which is really annoying because i've been working out like crazy and i feel like my body is toning up and it's it's all starting to look a little bit more you know like toned but my toxic mind just saw that number go up and i was like well that's not good uh anyways so i heard things about a lawsuit about um because kylie jenner made her products in the colourpop makeup labs i think allegedly i don't know and of course kylie sold her company kylie cosmetics to cody now there's the lawsuit and now there's a refam anyway i got it so kyla cosmetics did send over this big pr box and when you open it up look at this yeah when you open it up it says lips face and eyes and that means that pretty much like i don't think all the products like a lot of the products got revamped tgot changed a little bit and for today's video i wanted to sit down and see you know the difference are the products any better because you know for me i feel like kylie's products are always kind of like a hit or miss i really liked her blushes i loved her lip liners um the lip kits were very drying i know that if you love kylie and she has a lot of people that love her um you're gonna pay for the name you're not essentially paying for the product you really are paying for the name and i'm wondering with this revamp if the quality the overall quality of the products um got leveled up a little bit that's all i'm wondering i'm not saying that kylie cosmetics is a bad brand i'm but i'm also saying it's not my favorite so yeah that's really all i want to do today i want to try out the new products see how twork for me see how i like them i did have sneak peek there's no foundation or concealer in there so let me go ahead pop that on and we're going to dive into brows yes miss tutorials is doing her browsing camera today it's a special day let's go all right so i did my base and this is what it looks like it's full coverage it's everything you wish for when it comes to foundation so the very first revamped kylie cosmetics product is this right here this is the kaibrow and this is their brand new brow pencil now the packaging is still a baby pink it's got chrome silver lettering this is what the cardboard looks like that tcome in it looks different it's still very cute i know a lot of people compare kylie's packaging to children's makeup sometimes um but i think it's cute i mean it's it's baby pink and it's cute so that works for me the kybrow pencils i haven't tried in the past before so i wouldn't be able to tell you how i like them before this one but i can tell you how much i like this one so let's go i have two colors i always love to do like an ombre moment so darker on the edges lighter towards the front i have the color 004 medium brown and 001 blonde i'm going to start with medium brown first this is what she looks like she looks dark let's try blonde first only shall we now if you've been following me for a while you know that my brow situation is very serious to me okay i take it very seriously like if my brows are not on fleek my life is not on fleek and we have a problem i always have a way too long brow process that takes about half a year and i have so many different products for all these like tiny like intricate steps so it's gonna be interesting to see what my brows look like with this so let's give blonde a go first i'm gonna brush the the four hairs that i do have first i'm gonna sketch a line underneath my brow okay i expected a bit it's a very waxy pencil usually i like my brow pencils to be a bit drier i feel like when the pencils are a bit more waxy the sort of wax in the product kind of just goes everywhere like it it flares out a bit i do want that to be a little bit darker so let me see what medium brown looks like oh yes oh she's darker oh we love that no those classic drugstore eyebrow pencils that is just wax upon wax with a little bit of tint this is not that i don't know why i went all the way there okay okay now let's put a line at the top it's not really crumbling on the skin sometimes when a pencil is too waxy and you get towards the till like sometimes the entire pencil like will snap off break off that's not happening it's giving beautiful amounts of pigment i am surprised to say the least now like i said i take my brow game very seriously so what i'm gonna do is i put some brow gel on and draw a couple of individual hairs because what i can tell you these pencils are too thick and too waxy to really draw individual thin hairs um i always feel like you truly need like an eyebrow pen for that part we are off to such a great start overall i am i'm really impressed by this i would rate the kaibrow eyebrow pencils a seven and a half out of ten leaning towards an eight now kylie also came out with the kybrow brow highlighter i think this truly works when you have full brows that don't need a lot of carving and you just want that pop of of highlight right underneath that brow this is obviously way too dark for me that would be a beautiful smoked out bronzy liner if you have sparse brows like i do i don't see the point in this product i feel like it's not gonna work for us so let me go this back i didn't receive any upgraded new eyeshadow palettes i did receive a whole bunch of eyeliners these are gel eye pencils when i opened them up and saw the colors it is you know a lot of dark shades like a lot of black gray brown silver and of course the the oh so classic oh my god we're stepping out of the box gold i always love it when brands do that tcome out with like a black and a brown and they're like oh let's get spicy let's do gold i wish there was like a white in here and maybe some funky colors but i think uh this is a great start something i have been seeing a lot on tick tock has been the under eye smokey liner trend a lot of people have been trying that out and in
