If You Love Bags… Like Me! | Fashion Enthusiast’s Guide

so half of my background is kind of smooth and the other half is wrinkly it's like a pleather background i'm into it anyway hi so uh today i am doing something like totally different because honestly i'm traveling and i'm going to be banking some [ __ ] and i kind of just honestly i just want to talk about this stuff because i love bags i've always been a bag person since high school i was like the girl who would go to school wearing like sweatpants sweatshirt flip-flops make hair and makeup done but like bomb ass bag always had to have a balm ass bag so that's what we're talking about today so i'm really only going to talk about like three styles i guess um no that's a lie that was such a lie why did i just lie let's just start off with the first one because i'm gonna like this is gonna be a long intro so number one i think everybody needs a mini backpack uh oh such a good idea filming on a black background by the way such a good idea this one is just like a faux leather backpack from i think i got it from like urban outfitters uh it has like this antique gold hardware on it and you can see like the general size of it it's just super basic like no inside pockets or anything like that it's got the like little clasp thing but what i love about this is that first of all like backpacks are just easy like mini backpacks are easy because tlook cute they're not too big tfit more things but what i love about this one since it is the like faux leather and it's got the like antique gold uh or brass or whatever you want to call that you can dress it up or dress it down so i feel like i can wear this if i've got like jeans you know white tee boots and then this looks a little bit more like done up but casual you know but i can also just throw it on when i've got like workout clothes on you know and it kind of like dresses my workout clothes a little bit as long as i'm wearing black which i always am but yeah so i love i feel like everybody just needs a mini backpack because it's just like a go-to just so you know i'm not showing you all of my bags in this color in this little video i just want to show you like the essential styles because like we'd be here for the rest of our lives um but the next one is just a sporty mini backpack so again like any mini backpack i think is just like a staple but i like having one that i can dress up a little bit more and then i like having one that's just like a little bit more sporty more casual i feel like i can wear it with like the exact same outfit that i just described but it's kind of brings it down a little bit it makes it a little bit more casual you know what i mean so i love this one from adidas i think i got this on asos.com and thave like a million different colors like thave black and white thave i've seen like pink and white pink and black i think thave a bunch of different colors but it's just like so fantastic except noise does bother me yeah and it's got the um it's got like a big pocket and then it's got a front pocket as well which is really nice i have learned that over time my favorite size for a goatee two bag is like pretty small i don't like a big ass bag i've gone through phases where i want like something that i can literally fit my entire life in but now i've kind of settled into like this this size so two examples that i want to show you are uh this i think i got this one this is topshop and then i believe this one is either urban outfitters or asos urban outfitters um this poor topshop one has so much dust on it because it's it's been quarantined for so long and it hasn't gone anywhere but anyway tare just the perfect size in my opinion like you can fit everything that you need in here depending on like how many pockets it has or whatever tall have long straps and uh so it you know it's easy it's a crossbody you just throw it on and it's like cute i love having ones with different like this one has silver hardware this one has gold hardware this is actually like a little bit better quality than this one um but the shape is just like so cute you know what i mean but these are like this kind of a bag is perfect for any outfit at all like if i want to dress it up a little bit uh it fits you know my w my my won my phone cards you know it fits my wallet my wallets are super tiny lipstick a mirror you know like the things that i need like i can fit like the small things that i need in here but tjust like instantly like accessorize a whole outfit as well you know uh so yeah this one from topshop i'll try to link things that are similar down below because a lot of these are older but i'll do my best but this is generally the size that i prefer especially because i am petite i'm 5'2 so a really big bag is just gonna look kind of crazy on me it ends up just like taking up so much room and i can't really like move in it you know so this is has become like the size that i go for all right in that same vein the size but i'm talking more expensive more of an investment piece now before i even talk about what these are i want to say if you are 16 years old just know that i'm a i'm almost 30 i'm a grown ass woman if i want to buy a designer bag i can do that don't throw your whole [ __ ] life away for it okay um but i just wanted to share with you some of the pieces that i have decided to invest in that i think are worth it because i've definitely purchased like designer pieces that i'm like it was kind of on a whim not on a whim like i loved it but i was just like it's not really timeless it's not going to last so if you are going to invest in like a serious designer piece you want to make sure that that [ __ ] is going to be classic it's going to stick around you know what i mean so the first one is a little i mean it's still expensive but it's a little bit cheaper end of designer i guess why did i pick a black background this was so stupid uh so this is by menu atelier and uh i think i got this on like shopbop.com on sale [ __ ] yeah anyway so it's got this like really interesting shape it's like almost kind of triangular first of all i love their uh contrast stitching with the gold hardware it's kind of like a bowling ball bag like opening so it like stays open like that so nice what i loved about this and i'm so upset that i picked a black background i don't know what i was doing anyway what i what i loved about this so much is like not only the things that i just said but i'm a huge fan of okay i don't know how to say it the givenchy and antagonia bag sure but they're all just like i don't know like too big i don't know what size the smallest one is but and also like expensive like why am i spending that much money you know what i mean anyway what i loved about this is that it combines what i structure that i love from that bag with like the classic crossbody size also very it's a very unique shape this isn't something that i like see that often you know like this isn't a bag that like i f
