I Really Wanted to Love Haus Labs… | Honest Beauty Product Review
why'd you have to do me like that can you focus on my face Thanks I was like very flat fat fast talking in my last video so I'm gonna try to like bring it down we have a checkered past but it's fine it's fine uh I don't even know where to begin house loves house loves I'm gonna be trying the stupid love house loves palette this is the palette can I just first start off by saying I haven't liked any of the other packaging for house labs I'm into this I like it simple I love it I've always been a fan of paper pallets love the dislike love that like that just love that so graphic and striking but simple love it I mean like this imagery obsessed with it love that beautiful little insert like are you kidding I want to keep that I love it I think it's fantastic the palette the colors these speak to me this is the first time that house labs products the colors have actually been like oh [ __ ] yes I want to use that I want to put that on my face I don't know why I think it's just the colors that like Gaga uses in general her makeup artist puts on her her skin tones are very different but this I looked at and I was like this blue like are you kidding this one he's like I'm loving it also it looks like the formulas are gonna be really nice I'm hoping that tare I didn't try the last palette I love it all so next big mirror you know got a nice weight to it this like we're getting somewhere sticker is so not not centered but I don't really care so we're gonna start off with the eyes because I don't I have no idea like I said I didn't try the last palette because it looked I just wasn't into it looked boring to me didn't like the packaging whatever I ended up like giving it away or something I'm gonna start off with the eyes cuz I don't know how much follow we're gonna get also no plan no idea what I'm doing have not thought about it at all god I'm out of breath for my last video letter prep underneath my eyes using the milk makeup cooling water eye patches I always do this when I do my eyes first they're so fun this feels nice it's like a little spa before we get into the shadow I'm gonna start off by sketching out my eyebrows so that we have a frame for the eye shadow all right so for my eye primer I'm going to use the Anasazi oh one because it's super light and I want a vibrancy um okay so what I'm gonna start off with is plastic doll which is this no I'm on camera it looks a little bit more light but it's just basically like a kind of a pale like baby doll pink not quite too saturated you know as a baby doll pink like kind of soft right there is a lot of kick back when I dip my brush in so I'm hoping that these are incredibly pigmented and this is what I'm gonna use this like my transition shade so I'm gonna start kind of like up because I want to do dramatic so I'm gonna start like up above my crease that's a really nice soft pink it's a little chalky feeling kind of dry like maybe mmm just like the tiniest bit of filler you know like it's not – it doesn't I don't know it doesn't feel like too too pigmented to me you have to build it up a bit yeah well that's pretty I'd – built it up a little bit but I kind of like that I like one shadows a little bit more versatile especially a color like that you know you could do like a really light wash on the lid and make it like just a hue using a smaller brush this is the morphe M 4 5 6 brush I'm going to pick up an enigma which is this blue right here I mean there's so many colors that I want to use it's gonna be really difficult so I'm gonna kind of like blend those together we are getting some fallout though weird I'm having kind of a hard time building that up – and it's looking a little patchy and dry as well like I'm having a really hard time building up the pigment don't do this to me again okay well I don't know I don't know how it looks on camera – you guys it looks it looks patchy to me here which is kind of disappointing I'm gonna pick up sign this like deep cold ball T blue and I don't know what to do with it but I like it and I want to use it hmm I want to do with that so much comes off by the way when I am I have a feeling these shadows are gonna really stay in my eyes we'll find out definitely glad that I did my eyes first yeah is it weird I don't know am i I can't tell if I'm being too harsh or not but I feel like there's a lot of filler in these shadows like they're not incredibly pigmented which sometimes can be good for blending you know so that you're not building up like way too much all at once what's going on like a little bit patchy doesn't really want to blend it kind of feels like um it's erasing other colors I don't know kind of which I'd watched I think nikkietutorials did a video with us did she kind of wish that I am watched a video with it first so I knew what to expect Mina's is better though doesn't it look like there's no color you know I can't tell oh that's a [ __ ] bomb a silver though but it ah free woman just fell right out of the pellet man I take this [ __ ] personally I'm gonna use that color but like um [ __ ] I don't even know what to do cuz well I didn't try this one no all of the UM the foil ones don't have very much payoff like when i swatched them like i think that one is supposed to be a little bit more of an iridescent kind of maybe like a topper shade but rain on me for example it's so sheer which like isn't necessarily bad it's just I don't know it's not what I was expecting it's no what I wanted that is a nice [ __ ] color I wanted the dark though I literally am at a loss I think I'm gonna go in with motion which is this color right here it's like a black with a silvery well there's a bunch of different colors there's purple and silver I think the pearl I can't really tell this is basically a matte black shadow with some pearl in it but I wanted some black the black and the dark blue aren't terrible now I'm gonna go in with fun tonight which is this dark blue it definitely felt like there was filler in this shade but um I'm gonna try to build it up as much as I possibly can I really want a color like that I might spritz it but let's see how it goes with this so I'm really like I'm going in in an angle and I'm pushing the brush into it so I can pick up as much pigment as possible let's build the it doesn't look terrible but it's not having a hard time putting it down it might be better spreads to don't let's just try this first that doesn't look too bad right yeah that's not too bad oh my mom I really have to like press it onto my skin though but that's kind of pretty that's not bad I don't my mouth it's nice it's a little peacock II you know and then I just really want to like include some some warmth so I'm gonna pick up sour candy which is really interesting it's kind of like um it's got pink in like orange pearl or pink and gold pearl with kind of like a burnt orange or like rustic looking bass you're gonna do the same thing kind of go in at an angle and like push up a bunch o
