today I'm going to show you how to build up your lashes from this to this start by curling your eyelashes I'm going to warm up my eyelash curler slightly but make sure you don't do this with a plastic one test the eyelash curler beforehand it should be slightly warm but not hot you can also use the warmth of your fingertips to warm up your curler curl your eyelashes and I have a full video on eyelash curling just click the link below now grab your mascara I'm using a waterproof formula and I'm going to use the eyelash curler to hold the lashes in place and apply the first coat allow that to dry and coat the bottom lashes while you wait switch to a volumizing formula and tilt your head back and apply a second coat make sure that each coat has dried in between applications it's up to you how many layers you want to apply but keep the layers thin to avoid it clumping set the layers with with a waterproof formula again and this will hold in place all day to finish concentrate on the tips of the lashes the mascara will layer on top of itself and this will create longer lashes clean up any mascara Flakes with a Q-tip and you're done
