Hot Date Make-up Tutorial – Simple Sultry Smoke
Welcome to the makeup chair today I'm going to show you guys how to do this glamorous makeup look something that I think would be suitable for a date if it's kind of like an evening glamorous date that you're going somewhere special so I hope that you enjoy it and just keep watching the foundation that I've decided to go with today is the Rimmel 25h hour because it's a nice warm tone it matches the fake tan that I'm wearing and it's just going to give me a really long lasting Flawless finish and I'm using the blank canvas Cosmetics sponge to apply this I'm also going to apply a little bit of the L'Oreal true match concealer on any blemishes so I'm going to start off by using some eye primer and just apply this all over the lids and then I'm just going to blend it in with my fingertips you can also place a tiny amount underneath the eyes just cuz we will be putting Shadow down there and it just make sure that it lasts going to brush through my brows and then I'm going to lightly fill them in with a brow pencil just in the areas where I don't have hairs and I'm going to set that with a brown Shadow and an angled brush just working across the Brows pushing the shadow in and then you just want to brush your brows back into place so I'm going to start off by taking the lightest shade that I have in this palette and I'm just going to wash this very lightly over the lid you can put it underneath the Brows as well just to sharpen up the edge of the Brows then we're going to take a midtone you want your mid tone to be kind of a fleshy shade something similar to your own coloring but a little bit darker so I'm going to start by taking this onto a fluffy brush working from the outer portion of the eye in across like this so just above the lid right onto that brow bone which is this area here if you feel your eye you should be able to feel that brown bone area and that's where you're going to be placing this this look works really well for hooded eyes because you're receding that brow bone by placing that midtone on there remember not to bring your ey Shadows outside the edge of your eye so place your brush alongside the edge of your nose the edge of your eye right up to the brow everything down here needs to be clear so you're always working up and across I'm GNA take the dark brown shade and on a slightly smaller brush I'm going to work this right into the crease so you have your brow bone you have your lid and in between those two is where your creases so I'm just going to place this shadow in there kind of almost drawing a line and then start to slowly blend this back and forth you're blending it up rather than blending it down onto the lid you want the to be nice and bright Al going to take a little bit of that dark shadow and work it just on the outer corner of the eye like this just out here and then blend it into the crease again then I'm going to go back in with that crease color and starting on the outer corner I'm going to start to blend it back and forth so I'm going to keep working with these two eyeshadows working the midtone and the darker shade until I get the shape that I'm trying to create which is pushing back that brow bone area and smoking it out so I'm going to move on to eyeliner but we're going to come back and start to blend a little bit more in a second I'm going to take a Black Pencil liner and I'm going to do my upper and my lower waterline with this so I just like to place it in there and let it run across and I'm also going to place a little bit this liner underneath the lashes on the bottom lid we're going to blend it in a second and then I'm also going to do the same up here just on the outer Corner then I'm going to take that smaller blending brush and I'm just going to smudge and smoke this out if you don't have a brush like this you could just use a Q-tip as well or any type of pencil brush I like this cuz it's nice and fluffy and I can really blend with it and you're just going to sweep it right underneath the eyes like this slowly smoking that out you don't want to bring it down or anything you still want it to be right up there but it's sort of like a smile like that and it's always going to be a little bit more um kind of lower on this side and then go higher in the inner part and that's just going to create the nice shape for you otherwise you can kind of look a bit like Panda eyes and then you can take a little bit of the darker shade and work this on the outer corner of the eye over the top of that liner and then just blend it into the crease but remember to keep the lid nice and Light next I'm going to move on to curling my eyelashes and then I'm going to add a few coats of mascara so I've just put a little bit of concealer underneath my eyes just to brighten them up a little bit and clean off any Fallout before you do that then I'm going to take some pressed powder and this is the stay matte by Rimmel and it's in transparent but it's a nice light kind of yellow shade I'm going to take a large powder brush and just sweep this over the face this is just going to make sure that your foundation lasts all day long take a little bit of lip balm and this is just going to prep my lips lips so that when we apply our lipstick it has something kind of smooth to Glide onto I'm going to contour and highlight my face I'm going to use the Sleek Contour kit start by taking a little bit of that highlighter for once and I'm just going to sweep this just on top of the cheekbones like this so now I'm going to take the bronzer with an angled brush I'm just going to start by kind of buffing this over my face now I've already applied a little bit cuz my camera cut out and then my boyfriend came in so going to do it again so basically I'm just going to stiffle it onto the actual cheeks and then I'm going to start to kind of buff it around the face because I want it to kind of blend with my fake tan that I'm wearing at the moment and you can also blend it down the neck so you'll get kind of like a seamless kind of flawless finish so it looks a little bit more even with your fake tan that's if you're wearing fake tan so I just need a little bit of blush so I'm going to take this pink Cloud matches my lips which I'll talk about in a second and I'm just going to take this onto an angled brush and just stipple this over the top of my cheeks and then just blend it in so I have two lipsticks that I think will complement this look z04 Indulgence by Rimmel is a beautiful kind of warmish kind of pink almost like a peachy pink and it's beautiful I love it and then I also have this one which I have on my lips which is um pink blush and it's 006 and look at it it's so pretty I love this this is definitely more like a Valentine's Day um pink girly sort of look I love this it's one of my favorites I have like gone through three of these so I really hope that you enjoyed this look I'm Shany Katy and thank you for watching
