Glitter Makeup Tutorial & Mini Tanning Routine

in this tutorial I'm going to show you how to create this glittering shimmering look it's kind of inspired by Strictly Come Dancing which I'm a huge fan of and I'm also a fan of betta Liberata tonnes and they're the suppliers for this year's Strictly Come Dancing so I wanted to show you guys how to get this tricky tan look as well as this makeup look so let's get started start by applying the rich tanning lotion all over including the face and you want to leave this on for four to eight hours and shower it off with warm water then to give your skin that extra glow apply the 24 karat wash off time and just apply this on areas that you want to highlight the skin so down the center of the leg across the top of the arms across the chest area I'll show you guys how to contour your face with this later but let's move on to the makeup for the eyes I've already primed the lids and now I'm applying this pale gold highlighter all over using a soft matte brown eyeshadow on a blending brush blend this into the crease to create some shape and definition for the eyelid which we will need for later then take a darker shade and push this deeper into the crease and this will once again define the lid for us now for the fun bit I'm taking equal parts of my favorite Inglot pigment mixing them together with your line to create a satin liquid eye shadow apply this all over the lid right up to those matte shades in the crease make sure to use smooth short strokes working across the lid for that perfect finish next I'm going to apply liquid eyeliner I really want to define the eyes with the liquid liner and to bring out that shimmer as well and I'm gonna use a shadow shield as the guide to create that perfect line but you can use sellotape if you don't have any shadow shields I want to keep the look quite bright so I'm applying a cream eyeliner on the waterline finish off with some fake eyelashes because you can't do strictly without fake eyelashes and lots of mascara as well once I remove the shadow shield cleaned up underneath my eyes and applied moisturizer it's time to apply some foundation and I've mixed up the 24 karat lotion with my foundation so that's the perfect blend I'm also gonna use this to contour my face so draw a line along the hollow of the cheeks under the tip of the nose and right at the jawline and it could lend this with your fingertips a damp sponge or your foundation brush finish off with a blush and I would recommend one with a golden tone to really bring out the tan and also a golden highlighter on the top of the cheekbones to really bring out that shimmer and glowing skin any lip option you choose will be great with this look Reds especially but I love nudes so I'm gonna stick with my nude shades and that's the finished look hope you guys enjoy this check the information box for more details and I'll see you guys next time
