Doing My Makeup in the Dark Challenge!

oh my gosh this coat is everything this is one of those reflect like in real life this is great but as soon as the light hits it and you've see it in a certain way it almost looks like it's like digitalized and it's like a hologram look how do I show you this so for today's video I am finally back with a really really fun challenge that I've been wanting to do for so long I bought the camera so long ago but I never really found the moment until now as you guys know October is now over and we have entered the month of November I wanted to say goodbye to October because it was a great month with lots and lots of content with Holly week six days not seven yes you you can consider this is Holly week day 7 if you want to so I wanted to say goodbye to October and introduce November in a spooky way but not so spooky but still a little bit spooky I first saw this challenge on James Charles's channel our sister Queen and he did a challenge where he turns off all of his lights in his entire studio and does his makeup in the dark now I think that is brilliant because October darkness doing your makeup in the dark is very spooky but it's also like not spooky because hopefully there are no ghosts in my apartment and there will never be ghosts in my apartment so the fun thing about this challenge is essentially it's like doing your makeup without a mirror but what that comes is that you don't know what products you're picking up because it's dark with doing the no mirror makeup challenge at least you can see what you're putting onto your face you don't know how you're doing it but you can see what what this all bets are off no lighting no source of brightness anywhere so I don't know what I'm gonna be putting on my face I don't know what's gonna be happening I don't know what it's gonna look like my technique may be there and the shape and everything may look a little bit good but if the colors are off I am screwed so for today's video I am dying to do my makeup in the dark challenge so in a minute I'll turn all of the lights in my entire apartment off it is right now 6:30 in the morning so it is dark outside and if it's starts getting a little bit light outside I have full blackout curtains so this room will be dark I know that James personally showed his makeup collection and showed him painting out the products my makeup collection right now looks like total and utter trash so I won't be doing that to you and now here we go then the number one thing people like to comment under my challenges is that I didn't stick to the rules or didn't you know stick to the rules trust me when I say I'm sticking to the rules in a minute all these lights will go off and I'll walk into my room walk into the studio and get my products and I won't be seeing what I'm picking out just trust me on that and so without any further ado I am so excited to finally finally do this challenge so if you want to see me do my makeup in the dark and keep them watching let's go oh my god oh my god all right so the only thing I am able to see right now is I see one red dot of light which indicates that my camera is recording so I'm looking at the dot right now so I'm guessing the lenses right there I'm also just gonna take my jacket off because I don't know if it's reflecting any any in your situation here okay let's do the first thing I'm gonna do is find my products we're thinking primer we're thinking foundation concealer brows eyes cheeks lips the whole nine in this corner here I always have my base products unless I travel and it put them in a bag so I know I have my foundations there I know I have my concealers there but I also recently did makeup for a client and she was a lot darker than I am so I'm hoping I put that foundation away I didn't check this is so weird so I pretty much have all my base products laying over there but as far as the eyes and stuff that's all over there oh my god okay okay I like I like healing shapes I can feel that this is like that new Fenty like holiday chrome palettes okay okay I have done I have palates okay what else oh my god lashes lashes also over here feels like Lily I'm trying to make my mate wait back okay flashes lipstick is in a drawer over here the top drawer is nudes then it's reds and vampy colors and then the bottom one is crazy colors I can hear the people go go for the crazy drawer I'm just gonna grab one of the nude one of the red and one of the crazy and the mostly so I feel like I've gathered enough products to like get me going so let's get go we're gonna prime let's find primer oh oh that feels like yeah that's for Solly oh crap I wanted to prime using my for Solly and my fenty because that's like my golden duo but the fenty primer bottle is the exact same as a foundation bottle alright so I have the possibilities are that I have two primers in my hand right now or two foundations or a mixture of both but I don't know oh my god why didn't tmake like the bottle for foundation like matte and then the primer shiny these feel the exact same Jesus how could like I did not even know my studio could get this dark I'm just gonna go with this one okay is that oh I feel it the Fenty primer and we are just going to prime now would be the perfect time to you oh my god that doesn't fit in my hands that did it feel like the primer now would be the perfect time for foundations okay so for foundation I'm using this and I'm hoping this is the right shade okay sponge have you guys ever seen that movie don't breathe I don't know how much I'm picking up right now um if you've seen oh that feels like a lot if you've seen don't breathe this feels like that scene where the old man is chasing them in the in the basement I'm just pouncing my beauty sponge onto my skin but hopefully the right color of Lancome foundation now this is easy because you know you can do this sleeping I have world's biggest forehead so I'm hoping I'm covering it all because you know what a forehead like an eight head you might miss spot okay so I feel like I blended that into filth okay now it's time for concealer this could either be measure way concealer or so lip gloss it's the concealer yes okay yes okay here comes the easy part I do this in every video the the Niki concealer look away seen where I look up into the sky and I blend in my concealer it's it's it's a cult favorite oh crap where's my powder [ __ ] found it oh crap where did I put my sponge okay I'm dipping the sponge into the powder underneath the I to bake oh there's a oh oh there's a lot of powder in my eye oh my god like a lot of powder in my eye now we're sitting the rest of the face this might be Charlotte Tilbury magic powder or hourglass and I can tell by the scent because charlotte tilbury the powder kind of smells oh it's charlotte tilbury powdering the way alright so that is the base um hopefully it's the right color hopefully I got every corner of my face now I am NOT over
