Doing Kat Von D’s Makeup! | Glamformations #2

am here with my great friend well I don't even have to introduce her anymore this is Kine D I got the honor to do her makeup for this video today and we got together and I was like okay I want to do full on Glam like totally not cat but also I wanted to be cat but a different type of cat well I mean I've always love your approach to makeup in general as do a lot of people but I just thought it'd be cool if you did something different on me cuz I mean I do my own makeup I've always done my own makeup and I tend to probably do what a lot of people do is get in like the rut of doing the same thing over and over that yeah so this is this has been exciting you know so I'm excited cat's excited you should be excited if you want to know how I did this really one thing we are wearing the same lip color look nothing alike CRA it's so different on different people I like it better on you I do basic next to you no way this anyways thank you so much for watching and if you want to see how I did this then keep on watching I've taken off my makeup so I am fresh and ready to go I'm going to look like totally sick next to you like I'm like what do you want to do today so since you're my queen of Darkness I want to transform you in my queen of lightess we're going to go super Glam but still with a little twist okay but still cat okay but also not cat I I'm down for whatever I think this will be fun this is so exciting I've never really had anybody do my makeup like like full on so this is the pressure I'm excited and nervous but in a good way so it's good yeah so what do you what do you think you'll need cuz I have my my little makeup closet we're going to use as many cabiny products as possible cuz I'm with her I'm with her and then I'm just going to add some glitter okay cool do some stuffs okay cool it's good so what do you want me to bring I I'll I'll bring you whatever you need Crush Metals okay cool got those do you need primer yep I need everything Foundation brows Contour all Okay cool so I'll go grab that stuff while you hang out all right back miss you oh primer yes Contour mhm do you have a nice highlighter with you yeah okay we got the glow let's do my lip on your lip Okay cool bow and arrow and the one I can't pronounce the first thing we're going to do is prime cuz priming is key we're using the locket leather weight primer and I'm just massaging it in can we start from the center of the face why cuz that's where we get oily first going to use the Loa Tattoo Foundation and number 45 a lot more tan than I thought light 45 yeah this is a plot twist and then to give it a little bit more oomph I'm adding a little bit of the Lock and Load spray into the foundation and then mix mix and I just tap the foundation in and again I start with the center of the face cuz that's where we Blossom like a little delicate flower and you always want to do these tapping motions don't rub just tap so cat was telling me the end of the day yeah that I am like the legit first person to do this it's pretty exciting did not sleep last night mhm now we're going to go on to the super secret concealer that I'm not showing you this is a prototype for a concealer that I'm coming out with it's super I love this formula so much um but obviously it's not in that generic obviously we have to wait 5 years before it launches tap it in and work it out tap it in and work it out look up for me tap it tap tap tap you asked me about my makeup py oh yeah yeah I hate it when the sides of the nose are oily yeah it gets to me on another level first I'm going to make a line should I have my eyes closed I feel like I should okay from above this is going to give structure to the brow this is going to lift get that base a good brow here's a good meow and make sure you fill everything in cuz when there's a flash sh and they're taking that picture there's holes in your brow H you don't want holes in the BR what if we finish the makeup look and you're like I love everything but those brows I highly doubt it I have faith and if not don't worry I'll fake it I'm just kidding you'll know if I hate it I'm just kidding I'm going to love it I promise you no pressure I feel great about this close your eyes why is Stars she doesn't want to use my palette because look how beat up it is I opened it up I was like okay let's do comparison look at yours oh my God rocking and rocking whenever you have a little bit of Fallout just take a fluffy brush look up flick it away I left a little space open on the center Y and we're going to fill that up with niceness so these are my metal crush the best things you have ever created so good close so that is going on the center and then with this we're going to Sparkle it up make it look even cooler cooler and I'm going to use my eyebrow gel as the base oh this is the gel and then the glitter okay now we highlight okay exciting so I'm going to use a mixture of these two right here cool oh you never do this I never do this this is going to like change my world change everything change the game awesome I'm highlighting cat blend D yes it's happening the only friend I have that does not highlight her face yep then I do blush cuz if you do Contour highlight and blush it all kind of flows Perfect Smile ding ding ding ding ding now we're going to go in with bow and arrow which is everything then now to make it a little bit more sorry make it a little bit more light I'm going to use this color which I can't pronounce requium I can't do it as fast as you can so am I allowed to look at it now one more touchup oh my God this is dude this is awesome this is so crazy do you like it I love it you do I do oh my gosh I'm going to have to watch this tutorial to see how you did this
