Contouring And Highlighting Mature Face Shape
Welcome to the makeup chair so in my last video we're talking about contouring and today I'm going to show you how to Contour a slightly more mature woman so we're talking about how to lift the face and give it like a little bit more structure especially if you have kind of like a sagging face not that my mom does but if you do I'm going to show you how to lift it a little bit more so I hope that you guys enjoy it and just keep watching so the first thing that I'm going to do is going to take this light shade here maybe a little bit of this so I'm going to start off with cream products because I find with older skin you have to be careful about how much powder you put on it because as you get older your skin is going to get a little bit drier so I'm going to use cream products and then I'm going to set it with a powder so we're going to go into wherever we have um Shadows that we don't want so I'm on here Mommy and we can do down Center no I have basic foundation and a little bit of concealer on already and I used a setting spray to set that because I didn't want to set it with a powder cuz then we could put cream over the top so we're going down along here and then sweeping up across here you really want to brighten right in here as well because for a lot of women as tget older that's going to become more and more discolored so just going to lift that up now I'm going to take my darker shade now for this what we want to do is we want to create more of a structured jawline and then I'm going to go from the ear down and then I'm also going to do a little a little bit on the forehead here but I'm going to leave this and then I also want this to be a little bit of a triangle shape so we had the triangle underneath the eye you're kind of doing the same thing on the outer Corner as well but it's just a thinner triangle now this is foundation the brush that I used earlier to apply our foundation just going to blend that in try and keep within the space that you placed it don't blend it like all over the face just to recap we've gone across a straight line across the jaw and what this will do is it will just kind of lift the face up a little bit so if you have anything that's hiding down if you darken it it will lift it and we've also gone along here which will stin off the face we've also gone up along the hairline now if you have a very short forehead or narrow forehead you don't have to do that taking a damp sponge I'm just going to blend this in as you can see it's blending quite nicely for us because it's blending with the foundation that was already on there and down the nose and I like to lift up here now I'm going to take my powder set small brush and this is the F-15 and I'm just going to mix these two powders here tap off the excess or you can tap it on the back of your hand and I'm just going to dab this on and this will just set what we have underneath there and it will still keep it nice and bright for us too and then take the slightly darker shade which my two darker Shades here on the jaw basically you're just going over where you placed the other colors with exactly pretty much the same color but in a powder form so that is the finished look we've just taken down our hair added a little bit of mascara and lip gloss so we have very highlighted eyes just really bring out the eyes and we've really structured along here and here to lift the face but also make it look and lot thew as well so I hope that you guys enjoy it bye it's my brother bye
