GRWM Summer: Minimal Products Maximum Impact

a full face of $1.00 makeup I have gotten so many requests for months and months and months asking me to do a video on shop masais which if you don't know about shop miss a if you go to shop miss a calm the first thing you read on the website is everything's $1.00 which I mean everything is not $1.00 because I bought this primer spray and this was three bucks so but in all seriousness the majority of these products are literally all one dollar and I know there have been quite a few youtubers to do like a whole full face of one dollar makeup using this brand or this website and so many of you guys were asking me to do one as well but I'm looking at the website now and there's like new things it says shop new holiday arrivals and I feel like I should have totally picked up some of their new holiday stuff I'm so bummed there's like this halo highlighter that I really want to try out the thing with shop miss a is a lot of you guys were telling me thave their own specific brand called AOA studio thave other brands on this website as well but all of you guys were telling me that the good stuff comes from AOA studio but tdo have other brands like for example this is amused cosmetics I'm gonna be attempting to use this eyeshadow palette on my eyes but so many of you guys were telling me that a Oh a studio is where it's at I would say the majority of these products are a Oh a studio I'm really excited because I even got brushes look how cute this is and came in this really pretty little pink carrying case and it's a bunch of pink eyeshadow brushes and tfeel really really soft so this that was actually $10.55 it was part of their animal charity program so I picked that up so cute so soft I also got this highlighting brush which I've used quite a few times I got this like months ago it's there AOA Studio F 19 brush this brush is amazing for highlighting and it's like incredibly soft like so soft guys this was one dollar it reminds me so much of the Anastacio highlighting brush Chrissy and I have watched it in it didn't shut and then I got some other brushes as well I just wanted to test these out we're gonna be using everything a Oh a studio today I'm gonna take the amuse Cosmetics eyeshadow primer in the shade blank canvas this was a dollop it reminded me of Mac soft ochre Paint Pot so I want to see how it compares it's definitely not as stiff as soft ochre this seems a little bit more slick II like if you have oily eyelids you might not like this I'm gonna take the amuse Cosmetics eyeshadow palette this one is the purple palette love the name very slick to the point and then I'm gonna take the e 126 brush and I'm going to dip it into this shade right here I'm going to use this as my crease color I really like this brush so far it's so freakin soft and another thing I noticed maybe it's because this primer was a little bit more slippy and not so sticky and tacky I feel like my eye shadow isn't skipping like it's blending perfectly in my skin my crease I'm not noticing any tugging or any like splotchiness the weird thing about this website this shot miss a website is that the things come and go really really quickly like I bought this purple palette the other day like last month and it's gone I cannot find this on the website anywhere which I find really really weird and now I'm like Danny I'm doing a freaking video on this palette and it's not even on the website but I just noticed that so that's kind of a bummer I am really into this damn brush this color is actually really pretty as well this matte in this palette it's a little bit soft you have to build it up but it's blending really nicely I'm gonna take this light purple shade on the e1 27 brush and kind of do the same thing then I'm gonna take a smaller crease brush this is the e 129 and I'm gonna dip it into this more vibrant purple and I'm gonna basically doing the same thing you guys know when I'm testing products out or when I'm doing a full face of something I don't really worry too much about the eyes I'm honestly just checking to see if it blends well if it applies well if they're pigmented so I just always do my basic natural eye looks cuz that's just what works for me this color definitely isn't as pigmented as it would is I would like it to be I mean it's not not pigmented but you do have to build this up quite a bit and I notice like the more I blend sometimes it does get blended away and like kind of falls off so you do have to build it up a little bit more than you normally would but that's okay rome wasn't built in a day folks I'm gonna take a little bit of that deeper purple right here I was using this one I'm gonna go into this one and do the same thing only I'm not gonna take this one like too far up in the crease now I think I want to use one of the AOA studio wonder baked eyeshadows like for my lid shade is in the shade toast you can use this wet or dry but I'm gonna use it wet really really pretty I'm going to take the e 131 flat shader brush stick plus it up and we're going to see how this applies okay no I'm gonna use my finger I'm gonna fix close my finger and dip it into the eyeshadow and use it like that much better much better it's still not the best though like I am wedding this and it's kind of applying like if I'm not wetting it I don't know how to explain it the texture is really weird and then it's just like fades okay that's just taking okay it's like stuck on to my finger but it's like not really coming off okay I'm not trying to scrape the top maybe by doing that I take off like a dry layer sometimes you have to do that with the elf baked highlighters or baked eyeshadows or baked anything so I'm gonna try again it's still not the best big died shadow I've ever used but I mean this was a dollar so it doesn't really break the bank although I will say that I can tell this is the kind of eye shadow that's gonna fade off of my eyes in like two hours I don't know if you've ever experienced that you know like when you use lesser quality eyeshadows sometimes tlook a dusty on the lids and like when you look up close it doesn't look like it's sticking to your lid it looks like it's just sitting there now again that could be the abuse I shadow primer I used I'm not sure but I mean I'm taking everything with a grain of salt this is all a dollar that's all I'm good fun I'm like blending this into the crease and all of this toast I shadow is like on even for a $1 baked eyeshadow I think it sucks this not too bad like you can totally make this work all it takes is a little bit of building and you got yourself a purple freaking eyeshadow look I just hope tbring it back on the website I'm actually gonna take one of these shimmers and I'm gonna apply it right in the center here I think I'm gonna take this one right here this was like really glittery I'm also gonna use fix+ with my finger let's see how that goes
