Bourjois Foundation Healthy Mix And 123 Perfect Everything You Need To Know!
Welcome to the make chair I'm filming in um a different room because I tried filming in my kitchen which is where I usually film but it was really loud so I had to switch and move into me and boyfriend's bedroom to film because I couldn't even hear myself thinking there the video that I'm doing today is on the boua healthy mix foundation and the perfect one two3 or the one 12 three perfect Foundation this is brand new in the market and so many of you have been asking me can I get it can I talk about it went into boots and this was a few weeks ago that I went to Boots and I picked this up because when a product first comes out it's usually on sale for like maybe a month or maybe a few weeks and that way you can always get things cheaper and I'm going to compare it to the healthy mix because you guys know how much I use the healthy mix all the time it is my go-to Foundation as you can see it's finished so let's start off with the healthy mix one now I love the healthy mix one I highly recommend it to so many different people the people I recommend this to are anybody who has normal skin to slightly drier skin but I actually find that it does work in combination skin that might be having a little bit of oiliness as long as you set it because I find that this can leave a slight residue on the skin and it doesn't set very quickly it has a slight yellow tone in it and I love yellow tones on pretty much everybody it's very rare that you will find somebody who has like a really properly truly pink tone on their whole body and their face anything that has too much pink in it isn't going to suit someone who is slightly yellow toned it's just going to look too obvious so the great thing about the bgea thing is that thave a nice mixture of a little bit of pink and a little bit of yellow mixed in so it looks pretty good on pretty much everybody this is my go-to foundation for day to-day now if I'm wearing it for like the morning right until the night time you will notice by the time it comes into the evening it has faded and it can go a little bit cakey especially if you have any oiliness and if you've used a powder but aside from that I think it's a beautiful day-to-day foundation for work or for you know any event where you're going to be out in the daytime because it just looks gorgeous on the skin and looks beautiful in natural daylight it has no Shimmer it just has a nice matte finish without being overly powdery and I just highly recommend it to everybody it gives the skin a very nice glow and I suggest it for most people especially older skin that might find that their Skin's going a little bit kind of grayer and a little bit kind of down it's like G then you can apply this and it'll just brighten up the skin tone because it does have that yellow tone in it which lifts the skin now we're going to move on to this one and we're going to make some comparisons to the two now color-wise I find that this oxidizes a little bit more than boua um healthy mix because even though they're exactly the same shade this is number 51 and this is number 51 um this does oxidize and this stays nice and light and true to the color that you apply it it does set slightly darker but every Foundation does that but it doesn't oxidize as much as this one so this does go a little bit darker on my skin which isn't good for me because my skin is quite light anyway if you put them alongside each other there's pretty much no way of telling the difference tboth have the 16 hours tboth last exactly the same um length of time the only difference is you don't have to set this with a powder because it tends to just set by itself like once you apply it give it a few minutes and eventually it will start to almost go like a powdered finish anyway like I haven't really got a powder on my face and I can feel that it just feels nice and smooth whereas usually if I use this one on my face then I will have like a slight residue left over with this one it sets by itself so that's a plus for anybody who's oil your skin and finds that the bgea isn't um enough for them and doesn't give them enough kind of um matte finish this gives a really nice matte finish without being too powdered now this has yellow pigments mauve pigments and green pigments and these are all for different things so um the yellow pigments in it are to kind of counteract any darkness in the skin and as I've said with the other one it brightens up the skin mauve midtone is an anti- dull um complection and what this will do especially if you slightly darker skin because I'm I'm sure that this goes up to about you know like a darker 55 or something then on on darker skin you will notice that the mauve colors and the mauve pigments in it will help to brighten up your darker skin tone but on lighter skin it can actually give a little bit of life too as well but definitely on darker skin and then you also have the um green pigments and this is the anti- redness one now I prefer yellow tones for anti- redness I find that twork pretty well together but if you got really light skin then I'm I'm assuming that for the really light skin tput more green in it and then worked maybe all the way up to a bit of yellow and then mauve for the darker Shades because all these colors like the mauve the green and the yellow tall counteract redness redness and tall brighten the skin but each of them does it slightly differently depending skin tone um so this is the one two three perfector because it has three different tones in it but actually it's not that different to the bis one and I think if you love the ban stick to this one stick to the healthy mix one because you you know there's no point of really changing it unless you find that it does maybe go a little bit lighter on your skin and it's a bit too light but maybe 52 is too dark because then you could try the 51 in this one which is slightly darker than this one and if you find that you have to really set this with a powder and then it looks cakey then try this one because I think this is probably going to be better option for someone who has oilier skin and the only difference is that this comes in the glass container and the other one comes in a plastic one and I find that the plastic is actually better than the glass because especially when you're traveling you know it can be a little bit annoying and also this has a pump system so it's like a pump all the way down and then it just takes the um the foundation up whereas this one the pump system works in bringing up this lever so you can see how there's like a thing up here and that pushes the foundation up so you never end up wasting any foundation because I find when you have system like this where there's just a pipe going down you always always end up losing a lot of foundation whichever one kind of works for you I would say this one's better for the older drier skin this is better for the younger maybe
