The Truth… Jaclyn Hill X Morphe Volume Ii Palette Review!

guys it's me Nikki welcome Murphy and Jacqueline ill are at it again the two forces in this makeup community have joined again and thave created a brand new eyeshadow palette here it is take it all in we got her and ever since all of you guys saw the palette I got the tweets the messages Nikki tutorials while waiting I'm here to deliver today I'm sitting down and taking the Jacqueline Hill palette vol 2 for a test run I'm going to be doing two eyes and try as many colors on the eye as I possibly quell not as I possibly can it still has to look good in the end hopefully oh I know said today I'm finally trying it out sitting down with it and letting you know exactly what my thoughts are even though I am an affiliate to morphe doesn't mean I'm gonna lie about my experience and I'm sorry but the proof is gonna be in front of you if you see an eyeshadow being catchy you're gonna know the truth if you saying I should have not blending well you're gonna know the truth if there's a lot of fallout say it with me you're gonna know the truth let's find out if the new Jacqueline hell I shoulda palette in collaboration with morphe is any good ok everybody I applied my base I did my brows and now it is time to finally dive into the palette there she is all her glory there it is more glory my first impression when it comes to the palette is that it is very colourful there's a lot of warm tones going on and really really intrigued by the sort of new finishes that I'm witnessing like this one right here get ready with me grwm I'm just gonna do a quick oh Liv and my best is a red and look at the sparkles in there so I'm seeing a lot of warmth I'm seeing a lot of bright colors there's like an almost neon orange a neon pink the yellow is poppin so I'm really excited to play up some more creative looks today I'm gonna do two separate eyes so I can show you more colors out of this palette this purple section the pinks and purples section here is really really fun purple shadows are some of the hardest shadows to make in this industry teither become really patchy tdon't blend have a lot of Fallout or tjust suck so I'm really intrigued to see if these are actually any good I know Jacqueline mentioned that they've worked really really hard on the purple so I'm excited I'm gonna pop a vase on I'm using my P Lewis base and 0.5 this is my favorite eyeshadow primer because it feel like it's the shadow magnet you don't powder it you don't set it you just apply it and that's it and the shadow is really gonna adhere to it like a magnet that is exactly what we want for this palette so I'm gonna play a thin layer and then let's go the first color I want to dive into I mean let's just grab the palette by the balls and go in with this first sheet here called not my journey I hope the shadow is my journey to be honest all right here we go I'm stamping it on to the outer portion of my eye okay so far so good bring her up a little bit because I have hooded eyes if I keep it just on the lid this show is for nobody because nobody's gonna be seeing it so we're definitely off to a great start the purple is adhering nicely to the base and the pigment is so far insane but the trouble with purple shadows comes after the blending because usually when you start blending out a purple shade the the core intensity is gone it looks like you know kind of looks transparent again and then wherever it blended it kind of looks fade purple to blend is the devil a makeup so let's actually start and try blending set purple so whatever is left in this brush i'ma bring the brush up towards the edge really softly I'm gonna do circular motions with the softest pressure to diffuse it all right so far so good I want to move on to the color right above it therapy session kind of use that as my blending color above it so I'm going in with a very small brush this is a morphe m56 – picking it up on the flat side just a little smidge and never just gonna scratch to diffuse even more alright alright that's nice no problem so far I'm telling you the main problem with purple shadows is that as soon as you blend and everything and going with your transition color the core base starts looking faded and it's not doing that so that is good now we're moving on to a different color on the inner corner let's get colorful shall we I want to go in with this this bright neon coral it is called positivity and I'm placing this on the oh my god that is bright I'm placing this on the oh my god I love that color inner corner like inner portion of the eye also stamping it on to you that base I love that color Jaclyn oh my god I mean the pigmentation on this one also banger but I'm gonna be so real with you I love morphe I'm affiliated to them I love Jaclyn but I feel like we're all thinking it so I'm just gonna say it after the vault this palette has to be unmatched so far it's really really good but I really truly feel like everyone out there is the hoping and praying that this quality is insane because if it's anything like the vault things are not good but so far nothing like the vault I kind of wanted to apply the gold halia to the center and now I'm having second thoughts I mean you know what you only live once let's do it so when I did my totty review so I'm not really not so attacked for this I never really apply shimmery shadows with my fingers I use brushes for everything and so when I didn't apply the mitts shade out of Tottie's palette with a finger I got attacked because apparently I didn't know how to do makeup sorry freeze and brushes first want to see how it applies with a brush and then if it doesn't pack a punch these will come in right on the center ok yes yes oh yes yes yes yes oh she's here she is there I mean this is sort of starting to look like some type of flag like does this look like any country out there I am loving what this is doing it's just creating a little bit of a disconnect right here see this little bald spot so I feel like no joke the yellow comes in perfectly right here let's make it one bright colorful party shall we ooh oh my god she packs a punch Jacqueline it turns no sunset II I know weirdest color combo but somehow it's like an exotic bird an exotic bird that is very exotic the quality so far is very very steady I see a lot of pigment there's little to no fallout on the skin there is a bit of fallout in the pan I know a lot of people don't care about that but there's a certain group out there that does care about it so mentioning it I want to pop the yellow on the inner corner too because why not so this could possibly still turn out to be a beautiful like midnight colorful smokey eye so I feel like for the bottom we really need to smoke it out using crazy cuz this look it's literally that crazy you know what I'm gonna do and no I'm not I almost wanted to put black eyeliner instead of my eye I never do that because it makes my eyes so tiny I almost wanted to do it c
