$9 Foundation Stick Vs. $87 Foundation Stick: Who Wins?

guys and I wasn't sure on what I wanted to do and I was applying my face mask and I was putting all the jewels on and I don't know where I was like I know it remember how two years ago during winter wonder week I compared my back then Holy Grail Hooda a beauty foundation to a Maybelline drugstore foundation and in the end tpretty much were very similar and we all save some coin my go from Maybelline won today I wanted to do a video just like that oh my god oh my god no today I wanted to do a video just like that want to be comparing the most expensive foundation stick in my collection to the most affordable foundation stick in my collection and I am speaking about the Tom Ford traceless foundation stick this is $87 $87 and i'll be comparing it to the make up a revolution fast base stick foundation which retails for $9.99 uhm thing so so expensive will say on your face that longer and will it look nicer in the end compared to something super affordable yeah let me take this mask off let me get mask up I'm gonna take this mask off sort my hair out and I'll be right back and then let's get the cake up going it's great to be back looking normal again on the right side of my face I'll be applying the makeup revolution and on the left side of my face the Tom Ford now before we dive in let's see what the claims are for the makeup revolution $9.00 it says Foundation just got faster launching in 18 shades and a range of undertones Rihanna did it better a fast base foundation quickly perfects contours and highlights your complexion the easy to apply stick formula melts into the skin blending seamlessly to leave a fresh and dewy finish okay fresh and dewy twist up swipe up and blend out with fingers a beauty sponge or your favorite foundation brush no precious hair thank you bye as for the Tom Ford 1 the website says portable multi-use soft matte a unique cream foundation that creates a flawless smooth finish portable stick achieves versatility an application for change haha for sheer medium or full coverage like always beautifully natural and undetectable when used as a concealer it swiftly diminishes imperfections leaving a soft matte finish so the Tom Ford promises to give a soft matte finish and that can be either sheer me or more full I hate it when brands do that like make up your mind and of course tmake up revolution promises a fresh and dewy finish now at the end of the day a stick foundation usually is a cream and creams end up looking super super do we borderline oil slick e on meat but we'll see where this goes now because stick foundations look like oil on me after a couple of hours I definitely want to prime so the primary that I really like for my skin personally that keeps my oils a check is this Penta Beauty Pro filter 1 all right we're just gonna support squirt squirt and we're just learning this into the face I am aware that some people will be like well why are you using a primer that's not fair I think it isn't fair to not use a primer because when I don't prime I don't shine why shine a lot because I look like oil ok let's start off with makeup revolution this is what it looks like it comes in a matte finish nude component I have used this once before and I don't really remember how I felt about it so this is sort of like a second impression this is the color that I have I'm in the color f2 this is how much is in there does it say how much is so the tomforde contains point 5 ounces / 15 grams of product and I'm just gonna look up what the makeup revolution is because it doesn't say on the bottle what are you hiding for me why doesn't it say how much is in there can you tell me how much is in there I cannot find how much is in here so if anyone knows comment down below because tcannot find it anywhere anyways alright okay so I primed I give the primer some time to set and now it's time for the fun part let's go like I said makeup revolution on the right side of my face stripeys try babies babies right hmmm alright using my favorite sponge I'm just gonna start tapping this into the skin off the bat amazing coverage this is a full coverage foundation stick like like that is a full coverage foundation if I've ever seen one it's blending into the skin flawlessly like I feel like it's really hugging the skin it's not like laying on top of it it's not like forming another layer of skin it's super blendable but still it keeps its coverage usually when a foundation is dis blendable you'll find that it loses coverage very fast with this it's like oh you want to spread me out that's fine I'm gonna keep my power alright okay now that looks phenomenal I have tried to combination skin so my t-zone gets oily and the rest of my face is pretty dry to normal sometimes I have dry patches now of course I just did a mask so I have no dry patches but the drier areas of my face are looking nourished beautiful look at that Sheen look at that glow it gives the only problem is this is a cream so this is gonna look oily on me probably in a couple of hours even though I said it and what worries me with cream foundations is that as soon as it going with my bronzers and apply pressure to the product I feel like I'm kind of like making it loose again and moving it again which usually makes me end up looking like a has brushstrokes or like I move the product I have a little bit more redness and holes but too weak enough first shadow here so far so good amazing amazing brilliant full coverage my skin looks healthy my skin was glowing really good so far all right Tom Ford you're up I am in the color for fawn which I believe is the lightest color too and we're just gonna do this okay that is darker then we could revolutionize ed is a whole lot darker than makeup revolution so one side of my face is gonna look a little bit more tan than the other now with a side of the sponge that I haven't used yet I'm just gonna do the same sort of topping in the product and making it one with the skin this too is just blending in really really nicely I don't know which color I like a bit more I feel like the Tom Ford is a bit too dark which I don't mind you know we can always light it up with concealer anyways now comparing the to the makeup revolution definitely has more coverage I like always have redness on my cheeks and I still see like a bit of redness peeking through right here whereas with the make a revolution there is it's all one color tboth have the same sort of Sheen maybe the makeup revolution has more Sheen because my face looks wet and here it looks damp you know what the Tom Ford is also blending into the skin beautifully now if I look at my pores I feel like the makeup revolution does a better job at sort of you know covering the pores a
